Last week, we had a leak in our apartment in the ceiling. We gave them a call at 9 p.m., and they came out the same night and did what they could for us. They came back the next day to finish the rest. We appreciate their promptness in taking care of their tenants.
We live in their apartment on Oak St, they take care of maintenance fast and respond to text fast too. We will probably renew our lease and stay with them for another year.
