First and foremost let me start by saying that I don't typically leave bad reviews. Small businesses are the heart of this community, but this was something I couldn't let go. Their tech service may be ok - BUT DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THE RETAIL SIDE... They sell sub-par computers and refuse to replace, per their policy, with a working model. I have done business with Brady Preheim for 15 years for my business and personal computers. He is extremely knowledgeable and the only person I will trust with my network. Often he comes in after 8PM so he doesn't interrupt my business. He has solved problems both remotely and on site. I find his advice invaluable.
Fast and friendly tech on site assistance Gave wanted suggestions, on either up grade or keep unit as is. Didn't try to sell me unwanted equipment. Enjoyed that for a change.. Will call again for help.
