My wife and I had very good experiences with Dr Stanco. Front office person always seemed a little confused about what was going on, which made things a little hard sometimes, though. We were first referred to Dr Stanco after having twins born at 27 weeks when we were contemplating having a third child. Dr Stanco, while not the most "people-friendly" person on earth, was very direct and straightforward with us, which is exactly what we wanted. I will never go here again nor would I recommend anyone to go here. Being that any woman who is referred to this place is considered high risk with varies of genetic problems regarding their babies, the staff INCLUDING the Dr. are rude and very unprofessional. One staff member in perticular, her name is MAY and she's extremely rude on the phone when she calls to remind you of your appts. The staff does not treat their patients with compassion at all. Worst experience with Dr. Stanco. We were referred to her for a second ultrasound. Our doctor wanted a closer look and evaluation for genetic markers, which we knew very little about. We did the genetic counseling and the had the ultrasound performed by a nurse. Both genetic counselor and the ultrasound tech were polite, friendly, and patient. Dr. Stanco came in to give us her evaluation of the ultrasound, from the very start she came off as cold and as though we were wasting her time. She gave us extremely vague information... read more
The absolute worst experience ever. I highly recommend you avoid this "business". The doctor is extremely rude, unprofessional and only cares about getting her money. After some kind of mix up between this office and my OB doctor office, this lady yelled at me about wasting her time and her money! Sorry but I came in for a specific test and I am not going to have something else done on me because someone scheduled the wrong test.
Scam Artists. Avoid like the plague. Was sent in for an ultrasound because my baby's kidneys measured very slightly too large at my second trimester ultrasound (with the Radiology dept for Sharp). So I go in, and my husband and I are ushered into a small room with a woman. She asks us lots of questions over the next twenty minutes about our family histories. Tries to talk us into a bunch of tests including AMNIOCENTESIS. We decline, saying that we want to just do the ultrasound we were sent there for to confirm if the kidney... read more
