Aaron is a brilliant and great owner in this field. The in house management however is questionable. For some reason they cannot keep people. I know first hand! Go to this company for your project needs if your a customer, don't work there however!
Prior employee. All seemed well in the beginning. Then, Nate, the plant manager began with racist remarks. I'm of Mexican descent. Anyhow, he'd make tasteless jokes.
