I was just there. Lady at the front desk did not acknowledge me, no greet, we will be right with you or nothing. She was busy with an older lady so I waited. After she was done with her, she quickly answered a phone call. At this point still no "give us a moment" or anything. I waited long enough for nothing. Bad customer service since the first visit so I left and wouldn't come back.
Today, I am in all praise of Dr. Zimmerman, who is, in my experience, such an extraordinary ObGyn. He not only goes beyond to solve the problem, but patiently listens to my worries and endless questions. He has an excellent bedside manner. He is straightforward, which is good when you are looking for solutions. He is very professional and knowledgeable. Dr.Zimmerman is the best. Never made me feel uncomfortable. Always made me feel safe. Explained everything well when I had questions. A very sweet doctor. And very nice staff.
