Customer service is amiss.
I called u guys and asked for James. He gave a business card a few weeks ago to remove a few trees from my property. But instead someone else called me back. The number on card said James salesman, I left a voicemail. He already gave me a price and I am ready to move forward with the work as promised. I just need to get the work done as promised.
Preferred Tree Healthcare did an absolutely outstanding job! They removed two palm trees, ground the stumps, beautifully trimmed a large Crepe Myrtle, and left the yard spotless. Incredibly professional, efficient, and courteous. Dylan and his crew exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend this top-notch company for your tree service needs.
