Very good company and its family owned and operated. I was towed by order of Lincoln RI police and preferred Towing treated me very kind and was good to me even though I didn't have any cash to retrieve my vehicle that night. I was allowed to take anything that I wanted out of the truck before it was taken off to the tow yard. The fee was beyond reasonable and only $30 a day/each day storage fees. I can't even believe how they are doing me. Mark, tow truck driver has been there 20 plus years drove with another guy. Neither one of them noticed that they drove, sorry dragged my civic from lincoln to Pawtucket with the emergency brake on. When they got to my home. "Do you smell that? " smells like burning rubber??
