Excellence in care and compassion! Great customer service
Aweful company. DO NOT work here. The pay is horrible and they leave you hanging when you need a case. And not to mention the schedulers lie. Even payroll lies. Miserable B that processed payroll has to be monitored because she’s a liar. RUN from this trashy company.
My brother is a Disabled Veteran Amputee and was assigned this agency for Home Care..... It has been such a Hardship, this week it has been 3 days and no one has arrived on scheduled appointment, not even a phone call from the scheduler or Adminstrator......... Can not reach anyone after 3:30 by phone other than AI taking message. Have had several chances in the home care workers and need to show them what has to be done or how to assist him! Suffering with Lymphoedema and needs a stocking from the foot to the groin applied ... read more
For nurses this is the type of response you can expect from recruiting team if you say no to any of the worst cases they have available...they will push and pressure you to take what no one else wants and then ignore your requests moving forward if you decline good luck
Management is rude and treats nurses poorly.
