I came to Preferred Surgical Center with unbearable back pain and a lot of anxiety. From the moment I arrived, the entire staff made me feel welcome, comfortable, and cared for. I recently had surgery at this facility. It was clean and quiet. The staff was very professional and attentive. My assigned nurses, Sara, Izzy, and Salam, reassured me about the surgery by calmly answering all my questions and took good care of me. Sara, in particular, was very patient and helpful to me while being discharged.
Had the worst appointment ever. Mom came in for a 9:15am procedure. Dad & I were told on 3 SEPARATE occasions, "NOW she's going in to have her procedure." THREE SEPARATE TIMES! My mom had to wait from 9:15am until 2pm, with an empty stomach since 7pm the night before. They should have rescheduled her!
I just had spine surgery here last week with Dr. Mikhail, who assured me that Preferred Surgicenter could be trusted. I was concerned about having surgery here since reading a negative review, so I am prompted to relay my own experience. I had absolutely zero issues from the time arrived to the time I left.
