2 hour wait for a shot. Seem to be very unorganized unable to access LiveWell App. Two visits and no improvement
Dr Robi, Best pain Dr in Chicago by far the best pain management Dr I ever had he listens, cares and gets the pain under control Love him. The Staff is excellent to a good Dr has a good nurse and staff, I will be with Dr Robi Forever. If you have pain see Dr Robi he is amazing, great bed side manners.
Do not deal with this place. I’ve had two procedures here and both nightmare experiences. Also have heard horror stories from multiple calls from many first responders. So if you end up having a medical emergency here the nurses have no idea what to do. The billing is horrible and pretty much non existent. No one answers the phone. Then I was sent to collections but never received statements. I asked what my balance was and they literally said “I don’t know”. When I asked for a statement and a copy of all my payments made to... read more
