Jason did an amazing job of washing the exterior of our house. We have lived in this house for just over a year now, and the age of the house is approximately 5 years old. I do not believe this house had ever been washed. We had areas where the red dirt had stained our siding, doors, and trim. After Jason was done, all of the red dirt stains were gone, the white paint was white again, and areas where mildew had begun to form were all washed clean. Preferred Softwash did an excellent job cleaning the outside of our home. We were overran with writing spiders and webs. He made sure to relocate them before starting the clean. We recently had a brand new wood front door installed that we have not stained or sealed yet. He took the time to cover it and tape it off. Our home is sparkling now. We highly recommend Preferred Softwash. His pricing is competitive and he responds to inquiries immediately.
