Just did my sleep study last night with Alyssa and it went a lot better than I thought. I was nervous leaving my littles and husband at home for this one night but when I arrived, I made myself think of it as a hotel stay. It was clean and organized, they have two bathrooms and I believe three sleep rooms. In the front is the check in area and a coffee station for those who need caffeine to function when awakening from the sleep study. Beware of this Preferred Sleep Solutions! They don't ensure that you sleep enough to get good results. Also, something is fishy with the company. In my case, I normally go to sleep at 1:30am but the appt was scheduled for 8:00pm. They didn't mention I could come later and when I asked about it they said that that was my problem. I didn't really sleep at all during the test, then the technician (Anthony) watching me, came in the room at 5am and said it was over. Terrifying experience. Dirty facilities, sheets, carpet, pillows all SMELLED and some stains. No ventilation. They lie and do not clean fully. The staff had no idea what they were doing. Completely Unprofessional. Please spend the extra little money and get a real sleep study facility, sleep apnea is a very serious thing and you need the proper health clean place who can help you through it. NOT HERE. The technician Dany was calming, helpful and informative. The facility itself was below average. It smelled like a cleaning agent. It had super thin walls that you could hear through and the restroom was in the hallway. Bed had a dip in the mattress. Do not recommend if you want a sleep study to be done.
