Today I called to get some warranty work done. I was referred to this company by Scotsman ice machines and the gal that answered the phone "Brandy" told me she could not schedule me an appointment as we are a "low" on their priority list because it's just an ice machine. But maybe they could some time the next day, but as we are "low priority" she could not give me a time.
