great price easy access
Convenient location & easy access to my unit. (No stairs or winding hallways!) Melissa is always pleasant, attentive, and goes out of her way to help. I am experienced with renting units and am extremely happy with this location.
Tammy at PSS in New Braunfels was super helpful and so friendly. She made sure we knew how to use the provided lock for the climate controlled unit, walked with us to make sure our access code worked and provided us with a flat bed cart to carry our load. We came from 2 1/2 hours away, so feeling welcomed was a bonus. The unit was clean and is easily accessible.
