Without being asked Tammy made sure the unit I received was closest to a door. I mentioned ironed that I just had knee replacement surgery and my husband would have to sign since it will be a while for me. She went out of her way to have a lock in place, all the paperwork done and made sure it was clean for us. Very kind and above and beyond for the job.

Our climate controlled unit has not had ac for over a week. I spoke to the gentleman at the front today and was told he couldn’t provide an ETA because the owner hasn’t approved the cost of the techs to fix the ac.
