Tammy at PSS in New Braunfels was super helpful and so friendly. She made sure we knew how to use the provided lock for the climate controlled unit, walked with us to make sure our access code worked and provided us with a flat bed cart to carry our load. We came from 2 1/2 hours away, so feeling welcomed was a bonus. The unit was clean and is easily accessible.
Love this place! It is clean, and the climate controlled units are great in the summer. Any time we had an issue, they were prompt in contacting us and solving it. We recently needed an extra unit last minute and Tammy the manager was able to secure us one close to our others and have it clean and waiting for us before we showed up! They have a rolling cart there for customers to use, which was very convenient. Would definitely recommend Preferred Self Storage!
