I needed help with a fridge repair on my trailer. The staff at Preferred RV were awesome to work with. They were able get a replacement control board from Dometic under warranty and get my fridge working again!
My happiest time with my prowler and dealing with this company was the day i bought it. Its been downhill since. 2 years later im selling my prowler and buying new from a different dealer just so i dont have to deal with preferred again.
Jeff Rake is the most knowledgeable person in all the RV's from the smallest to the biggest! They have every size you are looking for. We just purchased a 25' Prowler and love, love, love it!!! Keep your money local and buy your camper here. They also have a lot of things inside for camping, from rolling blocks, very nice rugs for under awning, sanitary items, winterize items, and much more!! They also service RV's.
