Noted leak in kitchen ceiling area, called and response was quick. Kevin came out and was very thorough in his inspection and discussed all aspects of what was causing the leak, pricing, procedures, etc. Spent about 2 hours at the house being diligent in all areas. As the work could not be done right away due to weather, Kevin made sure to cover and protect the area before he left. Preferred Roofing came and did a repair job for me. JJ and Neulis were great. They did a great job and they showed me pictures and explained what they did to make the repair. Patty and Renay in the office are so nice and helpful when you call to set up an appointment or have a question. James was the one that first came out to check the job to see what was needed to make the repair.
