Preferred Roofing came and did a repair job for me. JJ and Neulis were great. They did a great job and they showed me pictures and explained what they did to make the repair. Patty and Renay in the office are so nice and helpful when you call to set up an appointment or have a question. James was the one that first came out to check the job to see what was needed to make the repair. Kevin Strickland was the person who came to my house. He was professional and very knowledgeable about the process. He made every step of the process easy to understand.
