On behalf of my elderly mother, the lack of professional and decorum by Mr Tatum was upsetting to hear during my mothers encounter with him yesterday 2/27/25 For those interested in simple repairs, be aware: My mother had agreed to a job and informed him 1-2 weeks prior to the job to notify her the day before so his payment could be ready upon completion, as her preferred method is cashier check or cash. Joe and his crew were wonderful. They completely stripped my old double roof and installed new along with needed facia that had water damage. Along with that, Darby Completely installed new rain, gutters and downspouts. This entire job was done in three days and it looks beautiful. Everything was cleaned up when they were finished. I have absolutely no complaints only praises for Preferred Roofing and Preferred Gutters.
