Preferred Roofing did a very expensive metal roof on my house and it is full of dents all over it. Looks absolutely atrocious. Ruined the look of my house. I’ve tried repeatedly to resolve this with them over the course of multiple months but they are refusing to take any responsibility when it is entirely their fault. They are alleging these are all from someone else walking all over my roof, which is complete nonsense. No one has stepped foot on these areas other than THEM when they installed it. Didn’t show up. Called twice (Ivan) to follow up and didnt return my call. Would stay away from them.
