After contacting MANY siding companies we finally found Preferred Roofing. Joe is very nice, honest, and willing to make the trip to Fremont. Unlike the other siding companies who lied about the condition of our siding (making it seem worse than it was so they could sell us new siding), Joe was honest and told us our siding was in great condition, just needed regular maintenance of caulk and paint. He worked with us as we had attic work done as well with another company. We got extra soffits cut in, new house paint with caul... read more
Joe and his team were so professional and easy to work with! Joe kept us up to date on what was going on with our roof at all times! We would definitely recommend Preferred Roofing!
To start I had a difficult insurance policy and other companies I contacted did not contact me back, but Joe came out to my house and assessed the damage and started there. I can't say enough good things about both Joe and Jim and the crews that did the work to my home. Joe took the time to send in supplements to the insurance and keep in contact with them so I didn't have to. The crews that completed the work extremely professional and did an amazing job completing everything from the roof to the gutters! It also made a hug... read more
Preferred Roofing took care of us from the day of our first meeting to the completion and final payment was made. Our point of contact Joe Bogatz, was outstanding to work with. He walked us through the whole process from start to finish. The crew was outstanding to deal with if I had questions. All and all we are very pleased with Preferred Roofing and would go to them should we need service again

Safe to say, one of the best decisions I could have made. I don’t think that I could say enough good things about Preferred Roofing and and the crews that were apart of putting on my new roof. Joe was fantastic to work with, especially with me being someone who had filed their first insurance claim, walked me through everything step by step, was patient and always assisted i... read more
