Amazing group of people to work with. We bought our home while living out of the area and Becky was always so accommodating to our schedules of when we wanted to view houses and once we found the home we loved she went above and beyond to make sure all the little details were finalized and put into place. We continue to refer our friends to Preferred and will definitely use them for our future needs.

Total Nightmare! When I moved out I left the place spotless and even had witnesses given I expected trouble from this company. Not only did they try and charge me $375 for move out clean, they didn't even alert me to this for Months after I moved out. It is required by law for the landlord to alert the tenant within a few days of vacating so the tenant has a chance to remedy...this did not happen!
