I would strongly caution anyone considering renting through this property management company. Our experience was filled with poor communication, surprise charges, and misinformation from the beginning. When we originally signed our lease, we were switched to a 6-month term because we were told they preferred to re-rent during the busy season. Amazing group of people to work with. We bought our home while living out of the area and Becky was always so accommodating to our schedules of when we wanted to view houses and once we found the home we loved she went above and beyond to make sure all the little details were finalized and put into place. We continue to refer our friends to Preferred and will definitely use them for our future needs.
