I also would give ZERO stars if possible. I thought maybe I was the only one who experienced the inexcusable behavior by Office Manager Shari Ulrich until I read some of these reviews. My daughter who rents through Preferred Realty Management had a water intrusion issue that she reported to the office on July 3rd. The office was again contacted via telephone and in person over the following 2 weeks but to no avail. The water leak in the basement soon turned into a water and mold problem.
