I came to find out that this real estate company posted my property for sale that is in fact not in any way for sale. I called the real estate girl over the listing (Melissa Perkins) who ended up telling me that the property was going to sell and she had a good lawyer if we ended up having to court over it. I asked if whoever she spoke to that said they wanted to sell my land had showed proof that they owned it and if they had the deed to which she wouldn't answer and then hung up on me. Bad to do business with the real estate market in Oklahoma these agents have gotten greedy we tried to put an offer in but they said verbal offer only because I use my own real estate agent And they want to list it and sell it on their own so they make all the commission if you don't go through them you don't have a chance Buyer beware call me if you want any more questions They can do this legally but it's kinda shady
