Bad to do business with the real estate market in Oklahoma these agents have gotten greedy we tried to put an offer in but they said verbal offer only because I use my own real estate agent And they want to list it and sell it on their own so they make all the commission if you don't go through them you don't have a chance Buyer beware call me if you want any more questions They can do this legally but it's kinda shady

Called for possible houses for sale or rentals they would know of. I was told to call someone else maybe look into a hotel and sounded almost disgusted with us. You could have sold us a second property to own, thanks I guess

We had nothing but a positive experience with The Shaffer Team! They were extremely professional in how they conduct their business. They were “for us” and went out of their way to see that our goals were accomplished. They were always available to answer any questions we may have had along the way.
