The only 5-star review this company has is from the owner herself, Brenda Amundsen. No wonder she has such a low amount of reviews - she refuses to follow government, federal, and state laws! See below comment from a potential client being refused a showing for reasons that go against fair housing laws. Would steer VERY far away from this company and owner that clearly negates rules that are in place for a reason.
We recently sold our home in Stroh Ranch and Brenda guided us through the process with such knowledge, ease and professional skill, it was nearly painless! Ripped off my rental security deposit after coming under contract to sell the property before the rental lease expired. Then claimed I broke the lease. I would not recommend using incorrigible and unempathetic people like these, especially in our current situation where everyone needs to help each other.
Attempted to just look at a house with this company and was denied a viewing because my sister and I are both looking to live there with our small families and were told that the HOA allows single family only.
