I bid on the property at 2839 Cottage Ln in Freeport. Kevin Althafer of Preferred is the sellers agent. The seller only listed water in 1 closet in the disclosure. Instead the inspection report came back with Asbestos, bad roof, rusty pipes, broken chimney that was tie wrapped together, multiple leaks in rooms, and the kitchen floor cracking as well as mold in said closet.
