When a maintenance order is placed my request is served within one day or scheduled on my date of choosing. All my concerns are heard and resolved, management is nice and kind. Only issue is rent increases to compensate for repairs even though after 10+ years on a unit is necessary. Management also has limited resources to keep trespassers out but they do their best.
Karen was very helpful with getting the rental where I am living now. I would recommend their services. Karen was very friendly and professional to deal with.
