As a renter for 11 years, I have had nothing but problems with this company. I have been beyond patient with them and get treated as if I am of no value. I was hesitant about writing this review but I'm tired of living like this. Since 2017 I have had several floods in both bathrooms due to a tree root. I have been living in this property for 10 + years, and my experience with this management company has been extremely disappointing. Over that entire time, there have been little to no upgrades or improvements made to the home unless we do it out of pocket which we have because it’s a non negotiable to have a comfortable living environment.
