I tried to rent for an apartment and Gill was the one that was helping me but when i went to check back on the property it was marked off the market after i paid a deposit for applying and he deadass ghosted me owing me money and no reply back. us his phone rang and was never answered..

Rental agent was rude, interrupting when I was trying to speak, yelling at me over the phone when he did not show up for an agreed upon appointment, trying to tell me he scheduled it for a different time which I never agreed to. Never called prior to appointment time to confirm appointment for showing of home as agreed, did not answer phones when I attempted to call the day prior not return messages. Do not rent from these people. You will get horrible customer service.

Called John around 1pm to tell him we want the place he said get the deposit to him right away so we called to meet him to give a deposit at around 2 pm and no answer so we texted him multiple times and still no answer so we got a money order for no reason since he didnt answer his phone someone else had went and put a deposit within that time. He said it was because my fiance called after 5pm but we called multiple times before and he never replied.
