This is the worse company to rent from. When I first moved it they didn't tell me I had to pay for other people's damage. I worked graveyard and right after work I would go clean the apartment for almost 2 weeks just to have everything clean so I can get my deposit back, a month later I got a letter from them saying I owe them $1,558.56. I was so mad. After almost no sleep for 2 weeks on cleaning I have to pay like I left the apartment really dirty. This company is a rip off. I'm NEVER GOING TO RENT FROM THEN EVER AGAIN
My husband was involved in an MVA last year and Preferred property was the only rental company that would rent to us. We were required to pay a 1200 dollar deposit. I took pictures upon move in of the apartment. There was a hole in the front door frame, in the wall in the living room as well as burns in the carpet.
