Many, many thanks to Dev, who came to the rescue in a timely fashion. He thoroughly explained to both my buyer client and the listing agent how the bowed basement wall wasn't something that could be ignored. The listing agent had an engineer come out and poo poo the issue, but Dev calmly explained what was going on and what needs to be done to fix it. You're the best!
