My friend is their current tenant and we have applied to a new apartment to be roommates (with a different management company). PPNW has not responded to several phone calls, voicemails, and emails from both me and my friend, as well as this other property management company. Their incompetency to respond to communication may cost us the ability to move into this new place. They are IMPOSSIBLE to get in contact with.
I recently moved out of a unit managed by PPNW. They are keeping our entire deposit, and expect us to pay $1700 on top of that for carpet replacement “due to pet urine”. We do not own pets. They will not respond to my emails or calls regarding this, I have tried to contact them 7 times with no response. I cannot stress enough: DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE. I have rented with PPNW for about 4 years now, and will be continuing my renting. They are prompt to fix maintenance issues. While they can take time occasionally as all landlords do to reply, they complete requests in a timely manner. Units are in great condition and touched up before new tenants arrive which is nice. Landscaping services are nice and the area always is clean. ESA friendly as long as you have the proper documents. Unsafe and Terrible communication. A fire started outside the apartments in the bark dust, I called the fire department and Erik from PPNW. The fire department showed up and saved the day. I had no response from PPNW. A fire can’t even get them to care. I’m worried about the safety for future residents.
