Unsafe and Terrible communication. A fire started outside the apartments in the bark dust, I called the fire department and Erik from PPNW. The fire department showed up and saved the day. I had no response from PPNW. A fire can’t even get them to care. I’m worried about the safety for future residents.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. As a college student, it is generally hard enough to find housing that will accept you due to the lack of rental experience. These individuals will scam you out of everything that they can. They will not answer your phone calls or return the messages that you leave. And lastly, they will not fully fix things that are broken inside of the rentals. For example, our washing machine filled with water every single day and had to be drained before usage.
