Dave was amazing! I dragged him to so many places to find exactly what I was looking for and I am so happy he was there! With Dave, we narrowed down exactly what I wanted and he helped me find the home that I truly wanted. Dave is an absolutely awesome person to be around and will do whatever is needed to find the perfect home for his clients. I couldn't recommend Dave enough to anyone who is looking for a home!

Dave was very patient and attentive when searching for our forever home. Upon first meeting, it was apparent that he wasn't trying to push us towards buying but understanding our needs. He remained objective throughout the buying process and helped explain the process in simple terms. 5/5 would recommend again.

We worked with Dave Shepard while we sold my mom's home. It was a difficult time for us as we had to clean out her place and get it ready to list for sale. Dave made it easy for us by making suggestions and helping us through the whole process.
