Just closed on my second transaction with PP. Chip stayed with me every step of the way and worked through all of the intricacies with a positive and vigorous resolve to see it through. Communication from Chip was top notch even to the point of returning my call from atop a woodpile in northern Maine to discuss our transaction (only place he could get service). Well over due. This guy Chip was the best guy ever , he helped me for a very long time no rushing never pushing me always listening great guy.. I shared what I was interested in and he produced what I was asking him on properties .. I’m glad I was able to get what I was looking for and for all the emails and messages I sent him I’m saying thanks again buddy .. especially for the countless info on the area and wilderness ins and outs of my questions .. I love my land and best choice I’ve even made in life .. 🚒
