Just closed on my second transaction with PP. Chip stayed with me every step of the way and worked through all of the intricacies with a positive and vigorous resolve to see it through. Communication from Chip was top notch even to the point of returning my call from atop a woodpile in northern Maine to discuss our transaction (only place he could get service).
