It was my lucky day when I called Preferred Properties and Don Tappan answered the phone. I do not give out compliments easily, I do not trust anyone, I am hard to please, and I will tell you the truth if you ask me for it. Not a professional company to deal with. Once we were unable to obtain financing on a home we where then told that our earnest money would be returned only if the owner of the home decided to allow us to have OUR money back. When we signed purchase contract we were told that if we weren't able to obtain the loan our $1,000 would be returned to us. Would not recommend this company to anyone based on our experience with them and we are not first time home buyers.
Recently I went through preferred properties to sell a home. The whole experience was poor quality and service. The agent was not helpful or knowledgeable. The closing date was moved several times, seemed as if they work more for the buyer than the seller. They told me what I wanted to hear and by the end they denied what they offered. Use Caution when going with them there are much better agencies to employ.
