This is not a plumbing business but a residential house. Do not waste your time coming here. I would suggest not even supporting this business who isn’t even honest about their location.
Called at 3:37 Monday afternoon, they are NOT on Amend in Pinole, this is around the corner from me. Got a call from a 916 number at 4:15 confirming the phone number and saying their Concord dispatch would call. Nothing. Rescue Rooter came out this morning and cleared the drain. Still no call from Preferred.
The men came on time, showed me how to turn on my water heater the next time it went out. They were a pleasure and were only here for about 10 minutes. I'd recommend to a friend anytime.
