The employee named Kevin came to the house the day I called with the problem. The Secretary answered my call quicky and efficiently.
Preferred Plumbing took the time to explain the workings of our new house in a way we feel confident in our abilities to maintain our appliances. They also offer a military discount!
I had an emergency and needed my hot water heater replaced as soon as possible. The Preferred Plumbing repairman arrived quickly, immediately understood the problem, and replaced my water heater much more quickly than I would have imagined. He even removed the water that had spilled from my old heater and onto the floor before his arrival.
Kevin and his 2 boys are great! very professional and very friendly. I will not use anybody else. I suggest anyone call them for plumbing help. They truly are the plumbing experts in our area.
