Preferred Pharmacy is absolutely wonderful! They are quick, fast, and make getting my medications a breeze. There's never any hassle, and my prescriptions are always ready on time. I especially love their delivery process – so convenient! A big shout-out to Hamza for always providing excellent service. Highly recommend!
Unfortunate experience @ Preferred Pharmacy Livonia Michigan. Because I asked questions about my transferred prescriptions I was treated with disrespect as well as total lack of kindness. I called to leave a msg yet head pharmacist called and berated me for bothering him when he was getting ready for a wedding. I apologized. He promised a call back on Monday which never occurred, therefore I asked for all of my prescriptions to be transferred to LIVONIA MEIJER. NEVER SPOKE TO HEAD PHARMACIST. This is the best pharmacy, I have ever gone to!! The pharmacist has gone above and beyond so many times, I can't count on two hands!! They deliver all the way to my house, which is not around the block. It's like 30 to 45 minutes away at least depending on traffic. I will never go to another pharmacist. I've had so many problems with Meijer and CVS not wanting to fill my prescriptions right or waiting in crazy long lines just to hear it's not ready yet!! my patients or my husband's.
