I've been using Preferred Pharmacy for my diabetic supplies for the last two years, and think they're doing a great job. My refills arrive on time and there haven't been any issues with my insurance. I've called a couple of times with questions, and the pharmacist was always very helpful. It's been the same pharmacist this whole time. What more could you ask for?

This company deserves ZERO stars. I have never reviewed any company in the past, but I felt that the public needs to be warned. I got a random call from Preferred Pharmacy regarding diabetes supplies. I thought it was a company that had been referred to me by our doctor. The sales person just kept talking in circles. I asked over and over who gave you my cell phone number... but she would not answer. I asked her for a phone number of the company and she said that she could not give a number out. AWFUL PHARMACY to deal with. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. They leave phony names with the.callback number . . . you can NEVER speak to the same person ~ much confusion & wasted time. Don't be intimated by "MARY'S" THREATS. MARY ~ COLLECTION MGR. She doesn't have all the facts before she starts harrasing & threatning you.
