At the zoo with Mrs Tammy and Family could not have done it without her.
This is the sorriest excuse for a healthcare company I have EVER seen or dealt with. Took them 8 weeks to send out the overnight ox machine to prove my son needs oxygen at night. They could never tell me when it would arrive; would just day we don't know if it doesn't show up in a week call again..etc. Then when it was found he did need oxygen and was experiencing hypoxia multiple times at night, they have taken over a week after the order went in from pulmonologist and I STILL haven't received my son's oxygen yet!! I have 3 boys, which is a lot of work to take care of. These people are my Angels, most of the Nurses we have had are the best at what they do, very caring and professional. The Staff Shalonda, mainly who coordinates the care have made our lives so much easier, yes we've had bad and good experiences, but 90%+ have been positive. When I need equipment or more Nurses, I know they will try to fill in the time I need, there will always be a nursing shortage, I understand that, but they have helped my family for 10 years or more.... read more
PLEASE DO NOT USE AVEANA, YOU WILL BE SCREWED One of the worst service ever I used. They have no clue what they are doing and they just doing it for money. They send stuffs to my house that we never use and 300 to 400 pieces and Bill the insurance and make money. Recently they didn't send the shipment on time for my 8 month old baby feeding through NG tube and we had to call them to do the shipment.
