No negative stars on here, sadly. My experience renting a property from Heather Hannah and PNPM was horrible. The rental itself was very nice; however, after move-out they double-charged me for numerous items, kept the majorty of the deposit (several hundred dollars worth), and will not return phone calls or emails to justify this. ONE WORD "FRUSTRATING!" MY RENTAL ....CANT SAY ENOUGH HOW MUCH I LOVE IT. ITS ALSO PRETTY FAIR RENTAL COST. THE ONE TIME THAT I MET DOROTHY AND I THOUGHT SHE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY.
