I went to look at possibly purchasing my first car but since I'm a female it seemed like they did not want to take me seriously or help me out all. Felt like very small d energy, chauvinistic and rude.
Service sucks, they lied to me about the history of the vehicle I wanted to purchase, do not trust these people.
I had a deal worked out to buy a work truck from the owner of this dealership. I already had financing in place and sent the info to him with RBFCU saying it would just be 1 business day. Then he marked the listing as sold and sold the vehicle to someone else when I had the loan approved and just waiting for RBFCU to fund. Don't use this individual, shady and untrustworthy!
Have done lots of business with Scott & Todd over the years. Always honest and upfront. No nonsense.
Had great communication with them. Lots of pictures and video. They picked me up from the airport. Went to chk out the truck and it had over 15k in idle hrs. That's about 8 times what it should be. They can't say they didn't know because this is all they do. So it cost me about 2500 because of them leaving out the engine hrs.
