So good! We got tired of grocery meat. This is so much better!
The people are very pleasant to work with. I needed pork shank for a tonkatsu style ramen broth topped with pork belly, veges, soft boiled egg. If I’m cooking anything for 18 hours, yea it’s worth it:)!!!
