They are the worst HOA. They charge unnecessarily without proof. They won’t cash assessment fee checks mailed to them, but will turn around and charge you late fees and interest. Their listed phone number never works and their closed on weekends. It’s practically impossible to get a hold of anyone to talk to in their office.
Even 9months after they have gone belly up,they are causing problems. No records of past dues paid have been handed over to the new company our HOA have hired, RealMangage, who have been extremely helpful.

What a nightmare dealing with this company. Never resolve any work order. Give you the run around all day. I absolutely hate working with this company for anything. Negative 5 stars. The worst!
One star well deserved. i'm glad my HOA decided to move on with a different management company
