I’m acurrent resident and not happy at all! Staffing are rude and disrespectful! The property managers higher up supervisors are non caring and seem to train staff to be just as disrespectful as them! Worst living experience I’ve ever had and soon as my lease is up I’m out of this jam!!!! Please look elsewhere! They just want their money and don’t care about giving renters a great living experience!
If you are looking for a new place to call home. Avoid this place. Package deliveries are constantly STOLEN. Management does NOTHING!! Walls are paper thin. And substance abuse is TERRIBLE. If its not the smell of weed; its broken glass in the parking lot. Then its dog poop that is constantly left around the property. If I could rate zero I would.
Absolute garbage. To start off the apartments are beyond GHETTO. Management bribes you with $20 credit for the laundry if you give them a 5 star review. The walls are paper think the sound like they’re about to colapse on you every time the upstairs neighbors walk. In the three years that I lived there, (unfortunately) my apartment was flooded, infested with mice. My garage was rammed into by someone and they did not fix it. They said as long as it works it’s fine. It did not work properly.
Mice infestation apartments. If I could leave a zero star I would. This management is money hungry and DO NOT care about their residents. Keep looking in your apartment search.
