Hey so we went through and rented preferred management if you put down a deposit don’t expect to get it back. We put 1400 down and got $0 back. There were no damages of any sort. They said they pay the cleaners $40 an hour they said it cost $960. That 23.25 hours. I don’t know any house that takes that long to clean. Then they said they have to pay for someone to steam the carpet in the basement which let me say said was going to be ripped up before we moved there it smelt of cat piss and what not. They will do/say anything to keep your deposit. Didn't have a positive experience with them to begin with but that really made my opinion of Preferred irreparable. You're better off living in a cardboard box (because you can hear through the walls anyway) and it'll be cheaper and you won't have to deal with these clowns.
they are lazy rude and gross they care about being cheap more than anything every preffered managment building I've had the displeasure of being in was just disgusting they are slumlords who need to be shut down
