Amy has been an amazing asset to my family. I am thankful to have her as a part of our team. She is a trusted liaison between my parents, their doctors and caregivers and with me. She makes sure my parents are getting the care they need from an overly complicated medical system. She treats all of our concerns with respect. Anyone with a chronic medical need or condition should have an advocate-there is nothing more valuable than having someone who knows the system in your corner.
We have been using Preferred Living Solutions for a couple months. Nurse Advocate Amy has been invaluable. She has worked diligently to navigate the medical labyrinth offering kind and helpful advice.
When our adult neurodivergent son was going through a rough time recently, Michael took the time to not only listen but research ways that our son could be helped. He initiated with us, asking questions so that he could meet our needs. He came up with ideas that were outside of the box.
