This company was bought out and greed toke over! The sturgis branch closed. They only quote the highest most profitable policies for them. You are just a number I called to see why my payment jumped $400 to almost $700 a month and they play helpless. Word has gotten out about them, my call confirmed the rumors. I am shopping currently. I cant believe they pray on people like this. DISGUSTING. AND PATHETIC
Waited over a week for a quote. Worst service ever. Had to call about 3 times to see what was going on. Just to finally get quoted for over 700 a month for full coverage on 2 vehicles. Stay away
The owner David doesn't take responsibility for his agent's actions, in fact he helps to cover up their incompetent ways. My car was in an accident and they blamed my insurance company, and the insurance blamed them, all while I was begging them to help advocate for me in my accident. They ended up flooding my car because "they weren't responsible" for covering it after an accident took out the windshield.
