Highly knowledgeable, hardworking, and most of all a great solutionist. Those are just some of the words I could use to describe Chris. He not only went above my expectations, he went beyond them. The house had minor problems. He made sure to look over ever square inch of the house.. He also went into detail on how to correct foreseen problems later on. Chris did our home inspection and was really impressive. You can tell he loves what he does. We greatly appreciated him explaining his findings and then offering to come out to do follow-up testing for us on a water issue before we moved in. Thanks Chris!
Chris was thorough and professional and he took the time to explain the specifics of each item that needed attention. Also, I was able to book an inspection on short notice and have it completed quickly, which was very important in this instance. I would definitely use MO Home Inspectors again.
