I'd give the zero stars but 1 star is the lowest it will allow. Horrible service. No one picks up the phone. The doctor sends in orders for medical equipment and Preferred keeps lying about never receiving the fax. Patient was discharged on November 20th with orders for a wheel chair and hospital bed and here we are today almost a month later and still nothing. This company is HORRIBLE!!!
They billed my insurance $350 and me $14 for a device. Then I got a call from a collection agency 2 years later asking for $140 more. Funny thing is that the device only cost $35 on Amazon. They never called or indicated that I owed more prior to selling my "debt". Better to just order what you need on your own if you can get it from somewhere else.
the worst place .... find another
I was able to get an actual person on the phone quickly in the diaper department.. They were very helpful and happy... She even was cracking jokes while looking info up online for me. This helped to pass the time while she was updating my Childs order. Very personable and pleasing. Put a smile on my face.
