I wish there were an option to give them zero stars. My mom had knee surgery and needed a simple walker to get around the house. Her doctor placed the order with these people. I called them on day one and kindly requested that they please expedite processing the order. Five days later, we have no walker. Everytime we call, they give us a later delivery date.
