ON HOLD for 30 Minutes... finally answered but the order in their system is for TWO (2) months... According to my doctors office the order is for TWELVE MONTHS not two. both the first and second order were wrong! spent more time fixing that and now they refuse to believe me that the order is wrong in their system... either pay your employees MORE or get qualified employees to take orders!!!! so frustrating
I know we are limited with options in town, but if you can avoid them make sure you do! Got a scrip for a new CPAP machine and getting it from them has been like pulling teeth. It's been months (not joking). I've called and called and called. It's either I'm on hold for 45-60 minutes and I give up or they say their system is running slow and can they call me back. when you FINALLY get a real person to talk to, they are rude and act like you are bothering them. I hung up after the phone rang 30 times!! I called again after 10 minutes and waited on hold for 12 minutes before I was able to order my cpap supplies. If I could give them a zero I would, I guess that I have to find another company to get my supplies.
Order sent 2/3 and they said I would hear from them in 5-7 days. They made no contact so I called them again on 2/11. They said they would call within 24-48 hours.....NO CALL. I Called Wed. 2/16, reported I had not received a call as promised. They assured me they would call 2/17 in the AM, NO CALL. So I called the afternoon of 2/18 and asked to speak to a supervisor. upon coming home from the hospital, we received the O2 concentrator and 3 MT O2 cylinders with an O2 caddy cart which was very clumsy if we had to travel. I called several times to bring a smaller O2 cylinder with a carry tote bag. I took several calls to get the response to bring the change and only on Monday's which their day to pick up MT O2 and drop off filled tanks. If I could give a zero I would. 1st the recording does not even state that they do not open until 8:30. I was on hold for over 20 minutes and finally got frustrated and hung up. I then looked them up o. GOOGLE to get their address and found they were not even open yet! 2 weeks ago I called and was told a rep would call me within 24 hours. Still have not received a call. I am new to we area and very frustrated with this business.
They were very quick and eager to take my money when they delivered wheelchair. Returning wheelchair is the complete opposite. I have been on hold with one group in Tempe for over 10 minutes. I hung up there I decided to call the local preferred homecare in Cottonwood and was on hold for 15 minutes before hanging up. Obviously they are either understaffed or they simply just don't give a rat's butt! These kind of companies need to be put out of business.
So I was released from the hospital on April 15th! And the hospital order a portable concentrator along with a full sized concentrator as part of my equipment to go home with! The company did not bring either one and it took 3 different trips to get enough O2 bottles to make the 2 hr trip home! They only gave us one bottle initially for the trip! Shouldn't even get 1 star. Tried to call the local office for a week now, at least 6 times and no one answered. The main office has transferred me there 3 times and still no answer. Was stuck on hold over 30 minutes at a time, no answer. USELESS!!!!
