This has got to be one of the worst companies for DME. We have had two experiences with getting equipment delivered. Today, we received text messages stating our equipment would be delivered. As the day went on I contacted the office for update time of delivery. Last call was delivery time around 3 PM. At 4 PM I contacted office again. This by far the worst company I’ve have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I have a disabled child, who relies on a G-Tube and formula, and because she has Long Term Care Medicaid, for her disability, we are forced to use Preferred Homecare for her DME supplies, as they are the only DME vendor in the state contracted with Medicare and Medicaid. I went in to get an equipment adjustment. Brandy was my agent for everything for this task. She's an awesome lady, who knows everything about my CPAP equipment. She was able to answer all of my questions and knew exactly what equipment would do the job. Give this lady a bottle of bourbon for Christmas!!
twice my mother has gone to Preferred Homecare to get a wheel chair they said that they faxed it to their office in Tucson, but when my mother calls to find out what is going on they can not find any information on her. She is on dialysis and needs that wheel chair. Very poor customer services and that is the only medical supply store in Sierra Vista.
Absolutely the worst healthcare company I have ever dealt with. Always some issue, cant provide supplies, employees untrained, cant remove any issue. It's evident when talking to employees they are embarrassed to work there
Pretty sad when a company with a 1.5 start rating says that they will not service a customer that they say was rude to them over the phone. I DIDN'T WANT YOU...Nor should anyone else
The woman who is working there is so rude. She pretty much called my husband a liar when he told her our regulator wasn’t working right!!! 0 stars
Was told I would receive medical equipment for three days. Was told they would deliver. When I called them I waited online for over 3 hours. No one answers phone. Finally was told it would be here next day. Waited all day. Then they told me I was not home to receive. What a joke. Three of us here all day. Then said they would send out by midnight. Waited all night. Again no delivery. Again this morning, I am on hold again waiting for someone to answer phone.
I would give a zero, if possible, but I could not. Now one of their drivers we nice and helpful but the phone line sucks, and you are on hold forever, like hours trying to get my dad, portable oxygen for my dad and he was promised and then you have to call another phone number and they never answer. If you need oxygen tanks every week, just be prepared to wait on hold for a long time; hopefully, you will not get hung up on.
