They will not help you if you are low income. They are money hungry. UPDATE from 2015: It took several months but they did come through and cut our monthly charge by 75% Thank you.

I use oxygen at 4.5 liters. My doctor sent an order for a portable oxy concentrator, and my insurance approved it, but preferred will not supply it. They say I am not qualified.

If you have other options for medical supplies, use the other options. It took three weeks, multiple calls by our physical therapist, and requesting our primary doctor place the order twice for any response from the company. They don't have their act together! All we needed was a walker. It was at last delivered to our home three full weeks after the initial order was made. When it was delivered it was simply left on the front porch--not even a knock to inform us the delivery man was there. They must be understaffed, inexper... read more

I am on 6 for liter flow due to COPD. Today when I received my oxygen tanks, 16 were delivered, even though I left 19 empty ones for pickup. Company rep told me that clients are limited to 16 tanks every two weeks. (The first I've heard of that). I volunteer Fridays at VA and use four tanks each Friday. That leaves me with eight for the other 12 days between deliveries. Which is ridiculous!

There lackadaisical attitude in dealing with tne medical neglect that is a direct result of their inefficiency in processing orders correctly on a monthly basis; the lack thereof of rectification of the errors, leaving the patient and the family in an ongoing battle of banter (mental anguish) to correct dramatic errors and/or oversights that should not be occurring at this rate within a professional medically affiliated setting.

DO NOT deal with this company, their customer service is POOR, and it is THEIR WAY or NO WAY.. I ordered a Rollator in blue color, gave the rep. the item number and color blue, but the delivery was in red. I reject the delivery, the rep called me back, never apologize for the wrong color, we haggled for about 5 minutes, then she gave me two choices, take the red one or cancel the order. Go to another company and save you the troubles.

The lady on front desk was SUPER rude.NO respect to customers.She told me to wait for2 hrs for a simple equipment and later told me that she is busy and cannot do it today. Totally awful. Avoid this place.
